Kardassia have brought the air of northern Greece to the island! Here you will find the traditional Thessaloniki bougatsa, (traditional pies) with cream, with cheese, with minced meat, with spinach and not only.

The passion of Matoula and Antonis that is behind all this is reflected in every detail. From the search for the best dough for the bougatsa, to the right filling and the great variety. But the bougatsas are just the beginning. At Kardassia you will find traditional pies, puff pastries, sandwiches, donuts and imaginative salads. All freshly cut and freshly baked, but you have to be fast, because the limited home-grown produce usually runs out very quickly.

At Kardassia you will also find good coffee, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and soft drinks. The tables in the small alley can be a first class hangout where you can enjoy your choice in peace and quiet.

Of course you can order what you want and it will come to you throughout the day. Kardassia is open all days of the week from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, in the summer season, (01/04-30/09). In the winter season, (01/10-31/03), from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
