Art Exhibition in Ηora Patmos: A Meeting of Painting and Photography

Ηora of Patmos is hosting a special art event on May 9 and 10, from 16:00 to 19:00, at Barbara Hoffmann’s residence, near the Town Hall.

The exhibition presents the work of two Russian artists: photographer Boris Levitskiy and painter Julia Reznikova, offering the public a unique encounter between painting and photography. The exhibition invites the visitor to a quiet tour through the world of light, shadow and silent observation. The images presented balance between the real and the imaginary; some seem to capture moments of everyday life with poetic subtlety, while others draw the eye into abstraction, symbols and shapes that generate personal associations.

The water element, the reflections, the pulsating transitions of light and the intense colours create an almost meditative experience. The landscape of Patmos, with its own spiritual charge, functions ideally as a background for this artistic coexistence.

Without voices, without statements, the exhibition leaves space for the viewer to move freely through it, to stand in front of each work and read the images like a poem without a title. This exhibition is a unique opportunity for the residents and visitors of Patmos to meet two distinguished artists and experience an art encounter that bridges abstraction with realistic depiction.

The event is under the auspices of the association ART ART PATMOS, it is free of charge and for more information you can contact 6977929792.
