Free of anything superfluous and bordered with reeds and mats and sails swaying in the wind. Without any pretentiousness, it fits in perfectly with the already eerie surroundings set in the imposing shadow of the famous &#8220;Petra&#8221; or Kalikatsou, as the locals call it.  <\/p>\n<p>The bare landscape and the crystal clear waters create an interesting dichotomy that grounds you in the absolute character of the island. The sunbeds with their umbrellas stands as they are ready to watch a play it will be shown on Tragonisi that stands across the way. And the play is indeed being performed, if only one has the ability to watch it. Perhaps this is also the reason why the people here usually participate in a dynamic &#8220;silence&#8221;.   <\/p>\n<p>A silence that is disturbed of course on busy days or by would-be wave-benders. The canoes, SUP, surf and the two Laser boats you&#8217;ll find here will contribute greatly to your enjoyment, and crawling across the water for a dip in the turquoise waters of Tragonissi is considered as a must. On your way back you can enjoy a drink or something refreshing, along with a snack from the small bar.
