The boatyard is in itself a unique experience for visitors and friends of Patmos. First of all, let\u2019s make it clear that this is a fully operational facility for boat storage and repair, but more importantly, for the construction of wooden boats. One of the very few remaining in our country. Traditional local captains, with foreign captains and shipyard workers or craftsmen, alongside artists and intellectuals, along with unsuspecting visitors next to pretentious figures, all in a dance often drowned out by the workers\u2019 voices and the sounds of machinery. The finishing touch to this surreal scene is the dishes served here, both in terms of content and presentation.
