Just past the main square, on Skala’s high street, Mostra Sushi Bar is one of those places that really catches your eye because of its atmosphere. Beneath the dense foliage of the trees, the venue created by Nikitas and his family has evolved over the years, whilst retaining its relaxed and welcoming character.

Today, sushi takes centre stage. Classic nigiri and maki sit alongside more creative options, in a cuisine based on fresh ingredients and Asian techniques, yet one that also leaves room for more contemporary culinary approaches.

Mostra, however, is not just a place to eat. The day begins with coffee and snacks, in a quiet and cool setting that’s perfect for a short break from the hustle and bustle of Skala. As the hours pass, the atmosphere changes, with cocktails and drinks lending the venue a more evening-time feel.

Another subtle new addition this year is the small section featuring a selection of clothes and accessories.
