Nathalie Bossant is organizing the first Drupad concert on the island of Patmos, featuring two of India’s most distinctive and ancient musical instruments—the Rudra Veena and the Pakhawaj—on Saturday, October 11, at 8:00 p.m., at the Patmion Cultural Center.

On Sunday, September 14, this unique event, which began a few years ago and has now become a benchmark for those who love running and want to experience the island from a different perspective, will take place once again.

Fotini Darra returns to Patmos for a musical evening entitled “The Meeting with Mikis Theodorakis” on Friday, September 12, 2025, in the courtyard of the General Gymnasium-Lyceum of Patmos. The event starts at 9 p.m. and admission is free to the public.

With the generous contribution of Patmian and foreign artists who live and work on the island, the S.P.P.P. “Ippokampos” is organizing an exhibition at the Patmion Cultural Center, under the auspices of the Municipality of Patmos.

On Wednesday, August 20, at 7:00 p.m., the town of Patmos will welcome Flora Tzelepi, who will present her new novel, “The Girl from Nowhere.” The event will take place in the warm and unique space of Koukoumavla, the well-known “Magazine of Miracles,” where books and art coexist in a fairy-tale way.

Visual artist Christina Nakou presents the exhibition “Mosaics: An Art of Durable Materiality” at the Stavrakas House in Hora, Patmos, from August 13 to 30, 2025. Through mosaic creations applied to everyday objects, the power of the material, its timelessness, and the close relationship between art and matter are highlighted.

On Friday, August 8, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the Stavraka House in Ηora, Patmos, will host an important spiritual gathering on the occasion of the presentation of Giuseppe Notarbartolo di Sciara’s book Sailing Across a Wounded Sea.

From Saturday, August 9, 2025, and for an entire month, the town of Patmos will host a unique art exhibition at the Nikolaidis Mansion: Eva Tsagkarakis’ exhibition entitled “Lunar Orbits, Herbal Remedies and Healing Cycles,” as part of the Ministry of Culture’s events for the August Full Moon.

This August, the Patmion Cultural Center in Skala, Patmos, will host a new exhibition of paintings by Anastasia Gkinaki, an artist who is steadily and consistently charting her own artistic course.
